What is the Pro31 custom-lace wig ordering process?
For your convenience, you can now order your lace wig at “the touch of a button”. The Pro31 online ordering process is easily structured and organized to allow you to put your order in our system in real-time! By completing the custom order template, the online ordering process allows you customize your lace wig to suit your specific hair need. You can select from a range of lengths, texture, colour and styles. The online process also allows you easy access to review and produce your lace wig specs before submitting your order.
After completing your online ordering form, you have the option to pay online immediately, but if you are not yet ready to pay, we offer the facility to order online and pay later. It is important to keep in mind that your order will only be sent for production only after we have received confirmation of the full payment due.
Does Pro31 offer a Lay-By/Lay-a-way plan?
Unfortunately Pro31 does not offer a Lay-By/Lay-a-way plan at present.
When will my custom order lace wig be sent for production?
If your order is in our system and complete (i.e. fully completed specs and payment received), your custom-lace wig order is usually sent in for production the next business day. If your order is incomplete, for example if we are waiting for photos, templates or other missing information, it is not sent in for production until it is complete, so it is very important that you do complete ALL sections in the custom order template. Please keep in mind that the wig production time begins when the order is complete, not when it is initiated. If the wig takes 6-8 weeks to produce, and it takes you 2 weeks to send in your template, the production time begins after the order is complete.
Can I make cancel and order or make changes once I have submitted my lace wig order?
Once a custom order has been placed, full payment has been received, no changes
or cancellations are possible, as this creates a lot of confusion, and potential
production problems, not to mention that, each change can delay the production
of your wig by yet another week.
How do I track my lace wig order?
All order status updates are provided via email. Once your order is sent for production, it usually takes us 1-2 weeks to receive an estimated completion date for your wig. Please bear in mind that the production has to be scheduled and once scheduled, we will inform you of the completion date estimated and received from the manufacturer.
Does Pro31 offer a Rush Order option?
When rush ordering is available, it will be noted for each product. During peak order times (such as November/December) and holidays in the countries of production, we are unable to offer rush ordering. We really try to keep our production timely and efficient and only provide it for those wigs for which a rush order option is available. At some points in time, we may not offer rush ordering at all. There is an extra charge for rush orders, where applicable. Please bear in mind that our aim is to deliver a quality product you, and therefore our 6 – 8 week production time is both feasible, realistic and does not compromise on quality.
